6.1 Pricing and Payment

Paid trainings, consulting services, software subscriptions, or other paid offerings are subject to the pricing and payment terms specified during registration or purchase. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, card payments, and other electronic payment options as displayed at checkout.

6.3 Discounts and Promotions

Discounts, promotions, early-bird offers, or special pricing are only valid as specified during the promotional period. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

6.4 Refund Policy

• Webinars and Live Training: Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Consulting Services: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of service commencement.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except in cases of technical issues that prevent access.
• Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services are prorated based on unused time, subject to our cancellation policy.

Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
